The laser is designed for high power CW operation, at selected wavelength of the C-band or L-band ITU-T grid wavelengths. The module includes an optical isolator, a monitor photodiode, a thermistor, a thermo-electric cooler and a polarization maintaining fiber. The laser is designed to be used with external modulation components (such as LiNbO3 modulators).
