Driver Stage MMICs for Base Station System

The FMM5027VJ is a wide-band driver amplifier MMIC designed for applications in the 0.8 - 3.0GHz frequency range.

This product is well suited for mobile communication terminals including handsets and base stations. The FMM5046VF are 2.2GHz band driver amplifier MMICs designed for PCS/PCN and W-CDMA driver stage or finalstage applications.
