The FID3Z1, FID3Z2 and FPD5W1 series are optimized up to 2.5 Gbit/s data rate. InGaAs APD/PIN chip is assembled in 3pin coaxial type package. FID3S1 series are high sensitive and distortion photo diode modules. FID3S1 series are optimized for optical CATV analog application. FID3S2 series were developed for FTTH application. These devices are in compliance with ITU-T Recommendations and Telcordia requirement.
