These laser is designed for use in analog applications, such as CATV and optical Radio on Fiber System. The 1310 nm DFB laser for analog forward path application is a high power laser capable of carrying 78 channels with excellent CSO, CTB, and CNR performance. The 1550nm DFB laser is designed for use in DWDM QAM application.
